Is the AI Studio free?
Every visitor gets 2 free tries, with no commitment and no account needed, and 2 designs per try. After that, you can buy credits (10 creations for $5 or 15 creations for $10, valid for 12 months), or ask our team to draw your mockup for free.
How do I get my credits on another device?
Your credits are linked to the email you used to buy them. Below the buy button, choose “Already have credits?” and you'll receive a link that restores them on any device you like.
Is the preview exactly the neon sign I'll receive?
It's a working image created by artificial intelligence to give shape to your idea. Our team then redraws it as a technical mockup to scale (tube path, backboard, dimensions). That mockup is what you approve before production, and it's the final reference.
Will my text be reproduced exactly?
The studio copies your text letter for letter, accents included, and our team checks it on the mockup. If the preview has a typo, just mention it in your request and the mockup will be correct.
Can I start from my logo or a drawing?
Yes. Choose “Upload an image” (JPG, PNG or WebP) and the studio turns the main shapes into glowing tubes. For a business logo, our team then works from your original file for an accurate outline.
What happens to my ideas and images?
They're only used to prepare your neon sign. Your design history stays in your browser, and the images you send with your request are kept on file for your order.
