What is the lead time between ordering and receiving my custom LED neon?
Once your order is confirmed, our team sends you a 3D mock-up within 24 hours for approval. As soon as you approve the design, handcrafted production begins and your LED neon is delivered within 7 to 10 days by secure courier, anywhere in the United States. If you have an event or a fixed deadline, get in touch so we can plan your order in time.
What is the lifespan of an LED neon and does it use a lot of power?
Our LED neons are designed to last more than 100,000 hours, which is around 22 years with daily use of 12 hours. Unlike traditional gas neon, LED technology does not heat up, makes no noise and keeps its brightness over time with no noticeable degradation. In terms of power use, a one-meter LED neon consumes on average 15 to 20 watts, the equivalent of a simple low-energy bulb. Left on for 12 hours a day, the cost on your electricity bill comes to less than $2 a month. That is one of the reasons why many businesses leave them on in their shop windows all night.
How does the augmented reality simulator work?
Our AR simulator lets you visualise your future LED neon directly on your wall, from your smartphone or tablet. After configuring your neon (text, font, color, size), click on "View in AR": your camera opens and projects the neon at full size into your space. You can move it, resize it and try different colors in real time. The tool works with no app to download, straight from your browser. It is the best way to confirm your choice before ordering, and it is completely free.
Is installation complicated? Do I need to call an electrician?
Not at all. Every neon is delivered with a complete mounting kit including screws, wall anchors, clear spacers and a step-by-step video installation guide. Installation takes around 3 minutes on average and requires no special skills: simply mark the fixing points on your wall, drill, and screw in the brackets. The neon then simply clips onto them. Power is supplied via a discreet cable plugged into a standard wall outlet. No specialist electrical connection is needed, so there is no need for an electrician. For fragile walls or rental properties, we also supply high-strength adhesive strips as a no-drill alternative.
What customization options are available?
The options are virtually unlimited. You can create a neon from text (a word, phrase or first name) with 20 fonts available, or reproduce a logo, illustration or custom shape from your own file. For colors, we offer 13 standard shades (warm white, cool white, blue, pink, red, green, orange, purple, and more) as well as custom colors on request. Sizes range from 30 centimeters (12 in) to over 2 meters (79 in). Every neon is made to order and includes a dimmer so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood. If you have a complex project or are unsure about feasibility, our design team will support you free of charge.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Our 3-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects: faulty LED, power supply issue, soldering or wiring fault. If your neon develops a fault during this period, we cover the diagnosis, repair or full replacement, including shipping costs. The warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, drops, water exposure for indoor models, or product modification. If you have a problem, simply contact us with a photo: our customer service team replies within 24 hours and we resolve most cases in under 7 days.
Can my neon be used outdoors or in a shop window?
We offer two ranges: indoor and outdoor. Indoor models are ideal for restaurants, hotels, offices, living rooms or bedrooms. For use in a shop window or outdoors (covered terrace, façade under an awning), we use a waterproof silicone coating certified IP65 that protects the neon against moisture, rain and temperature changes. Simply tell us how you plan to use it when you order and we will adapt the manufacture accordingly. Outdoor neons are slightly thicker but keep the same light quality and design flexibility.
How are prices calculated and what payment methods are accepted?
The price of an LED neon depends on three main factors: the size of the neon, the complexity of the design (simple text costs less than a detailed logo) and the type of use (indoor or outdoor). Our online configurator gives you an instant, transparent price with every change. For custom projects (logo, large format, bulk orders), we provide a free quote within 24 hours. For payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Delivery is free on all orders, and every LED neon comes with a free 3D mock-up approved before production.
