Do I need to install an app?
No. The AR Studio works in your browser, on a phone or a computer. Nothing to download, no account to create.
Does my logo need to be in a specific format?
A PNG on a transparent background gives the best result. A JPG or SVG works too: the studio detects the shape of the logo and traces it in 6 mm tubing. Its colors are matched to the closest tube colors in our range.
Are the dimensions shown accurate?
They're the dimensions of the acrylic backboard, which extends 1.5 cm beyond the tubing, estimated to help you choose the right width. Our team confirms them on the technical mockup before anything is made.
What happens to my camera images?
The video stays on your device, and nothing is sent until you request a quote. Only the render you capture is attached to your request.
I don't have a logo. What should I do?
Describe your idea in the AI Studio and it suggests a neon sign in 30 seconds. Our team can also draw your mockup for free from a sketch.
