How do I order a custom neon sign?
Use our online simulator to configure your neon (text, font, color, size), or fill in our custom quote form. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with a free 3D mock-up and a detailed quote. You can also email us directly at hello@helioneon.com.
How much does a custom neon cost?
Prices start from $265 for a simple text design. The cost depends on the length of the text, the font chosen, the dimensions, the LED color and the type of backing (PVC, cut-to-shape, rectangular, circular). Use our simulator for a real-time price, or request a free, no-obligation quote.
Can I amend my order after confirmation?
Yes, as long as production has not started (within 24 hours of confirmation). Contact us straight away at hello@helioneon.com with your reference number HN-XXXXX for any changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All transactions are 100% secure.
Production & Lead Times
What is the production time?
5 to 7 days after approval of your 3D mock-up. Every neon is made to order and hand-assembled. Delivery included within 7 to 10 days.
How is an LED neon made?
Our neons use high-quality flexible LED strips encapsulated in soft silicone, mounted on a custom-cut acrylic backing. The result recreates the classic neon effect with a luminous glow, without the drawbacks of glass (fragility, heat, energy use).
Can I choose the backing color?
Yes: clear, black or white. The clear backing is the most popular, it creates a floating effect on the wall for an ultra-clean finish. You can choose directly in the simulator or when requesting a quote.
Will I receive a mock-up before production?
Yes, every time and free of charge. We send you a realistic 3D mock-up by email for approval before starting production. No manufacturing begins without your go-ahead.
Delivery & Installation
What are the delivery times?
7 to 10 days, carefully shipped with tracking and reinforced packaging included. Free delivery. Need it sooner? Express delivery, in 4 to 5 working days, is available at checkout for 10% of the value of the items.
How do I install my neon?
Every neon comes with a complete installation kit: screws, wall anchors, spacers and an illustrated guide. Installation takes around 3 minutes, no special tools required. Simply plug it into a standard outlet.
Can the neon be installed outdoors?
Our standard neons are designed for indoor use. For outdoor installation (terrace, façade, signage), contact us for a waterproof version on quote, we offer suitable IP65 solutions.
Where do you deliver?
Yes, we ship throughout the United States and internationally, including Canada. Costs and lead times vary by destination. Contact us via the form or at hello@helioneon.com for a quote with international delivery.
Warranty & After-Sales
How long is the warranty?
All our neons come with a 3-year warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and technical faults. For businesses and private customers alike.
What should I do if my neon stops working?
Contact our support team at hello@helioneon.com with your reference number HN-XXXXX. We will diagnose the issue and arrange a replacement or repair under warranty.
Does the warranty cover accidental damage?
No, the warranty covers manufacturing defects only. We do however offer a preferential-rate repair service for any accidental damage, contact us for a quote.
What is the lifespan of an LED neon?
Around 100,000 hours, which is more than 22 years of daily use at 12 hours a day. LEDs use very little energy and do not heat up, unlike traditional glass neon signs.
