Are there any hidden fees?
No, none at all. Our prices include custom manufacturing, a free 3D mock-up, the dimmer, the remote control, the complete installation kit and the 3-year warranty. The amount shown in the simulator or on your quote is the final price, no surprises when you order.
How do I get an accurate quote?
Two options: use our online simulator for an instant price, or fill in our quote form for complex projects (logos, large formats, bulk orders). Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with a free 3D mock-up and a detailed no-obligation quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All transactions are 100% secure.
Does the price change depending on the color?
The 13 standard colors (warm white, blue, pink, green, red, etc.) are all the same price. Only special options such as dynamic RGB or multicolor may incur a surcharge. The exact price is always shown in the simulator before you confirm.
Do you offer volume discounts for professionals?

Is delivery included in the price?
Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. For deliveries to Ireland, the Channel Islands and the rest of Europe, fees are calculated according to the destination and displayed before payment.
